EXCEPTIONS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items purchased during a ‘Flash sale’, studio sale, Sample & Seconds items or Australian sale event

  • Gift cards

  • Any item that is damaged, worn, used and not in its original condition (with tags and labels intact)

  • Any custom-made items

  • International orders

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

At Salsa Verde, we live to create and our collections are made with love in the hopes that they’ll bring joy to the lives of our customers, i.e. you!

If you’re not thrilled with your purchase, we gladly offer returns (minus shipping costs) and exchanges for any other item in our store.

Please review our checklist below to ensure you’re eligible for a Change of Mind Return.

THINGS TO KNOW:

  • RETURNS: contact us within 14 days of your order being shipped. Please indicate whether you would like a refund, exchange or store credit.

  • Once we have reviewed your request, please post your order back to us (include a tracking link) within 10 days, or your request will be invalid.

  • Refunds, exchanges and store credit will only be issued once your item has arrived back at our studio and we have inspected your return.

  • Returns must be in their original condition (unused, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags and labels intact). If your Return arrives in a condition that does not meet our Returns Policy, we will be required to reject your Return.

  • Colour variances are a normal part of printing and we take care to ensure the printed and digital versions match as closely as possible. Therefore, all colour variance related returns and queries will be classified under our Change of Mind Policy.

DETAILS:

  • REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: we can offer you a full refund (excluding shipping costs) on your item(s). All you will have to pay for is the shipping cost.

  • We offer free returns if you would like to exchange your item or opt for store credit. All you pay for is the shipping and balance (where applicable) of your new item(s).

  • STORE CREDIT: issued in the form of a gift card.

  • Please allow 3-5 days for your Return to be processed.

  • Refunds will be credited back into the account from which you originally made your purchase. It may take an additional 1-3 days for it to show in your bank account.


FAULTY/DAMAGED RETURNS

Every order is packed by loving hands with the care we believe it deserves. Even with the best intentions, mistakes can happen. We understand how frustrating it can be when an item arrives faulty, damaged or is incorrect and we’re here to fix that.

Please review our checklist below to ensure you’re eligible for a Faulty Return.

THINGS TO KNOW:

  • Contact us within 14 days of your order being shipped.

  • Please indicate the issue you’ve experienced and whether you would like a refund, exchange or store credit. Please also include photographs of any damaged area(s) on your order.

  • Once we have reviewed your request, please post your order back to us. We will cover the Return Shipping cost.

  • Refunds, exchanges and store credit will only be issued once your item has arrived back at our studio and we have inspected your return. Please allow 3-5 days for this.

  • Upon inspection, if we believe the item to be faulty, we will offer a repair, refund, exchange or store credit.

  • Refunds will be credited back into the account from which you originally made your purchase. It may take an additional 1-3 days for it to show in your bank account.
